1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OperVea platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OperVea provides an online platform for business registration services in Ghana, including sole proprietorship registration, company incorporation, tax setup, banking facilitation, and compliance management. We act as an intermediary between you and the relevant government authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations

4. Fees & Payments

All fees are displayed at the time of registration and include government fees and our service charge. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the authorities, except where we are at fault.

5. Processing Times

Processing times provided are estimates based on typical ORC timelines. We do not guarantee specific completion dates as they depend on the Registrar General's Department workload and the accuracy of submitted information.

6. Limitation of Liability

OperVea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the OperVea platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
